The CFR Tunnel Racks are designed to go on the back of most snowmobiles with a 141� or longer tunnel. They are made from strong yet lightweight structural tubular aluminium. The CFR Tunnel Racks are designed to carry extra fuel, backpacks, ski boots, etc. CFR also manufactures a complete line of waterproof bags that are designed to fit seamlessly with our racks, to keep your gear extra dry. If you need to carry skis, snowboards, or pow surfers we offer a complete line of brackets that bolt to the side of our racks to keep your gear secure and out of your way.

We are constantly working on making our product line up better every year. The release of the new Mountain rack is as cutting edge as snowmobile racks get.The overall height is a low profile 3 3/4". Dropping the center of mass lowers all weight that is carried in the rack allowing the snowmobile to perform better under load.

The CFR Mountain racks design also allows the rack to be mounted on the edge of the tunnel. This will allow Ski Doo XM factory Holes to be used to install the rack requiring no drilling into the rear tunnel. The new design is also engineered to use fewer materials than existing racks yet still be as strong.

Mountain Rack Part# TR04

Last years release of the Mountain rack was a huge success.

The response from the the low pro-file 3 3/4" height rack weighing in at a featherweight 3.8 pounds was overwhelming.

Customers noticed that by dropping the center of mass, and lowering all the weight that is carried in the rack, there snowmobile performed better under load. The Mountain racks design allowing Ski Doo XM factory Holes to be used to install the rack was an added bonus as well. The abuse of rollovers and bumpy access roads were no match for the strong yet lightweight Mountain rack. A unanimous winner!

CFR Bracket Kits

CFR Bracket Kits are designed to be attached to the CFR Mountain Rack, iRack, DD and D racks. Each CFR Bracket is Designed to carry skis, snowboards, no boards, and powder surfers.

The Bracket Kits attach to the side of the CFR racks enabling up to two bracket kits to be attached to each rack.

(Using the single ski brackets system only allows one bracket kit to be used)

Boardski bracket Kit Part# K04

The Boardski Bracket Kit can carry one snowboard or one pair of skis and poles on the side of the DD, iRack or Mountain Rack. It's the go to bracket for people who both ski and snowboard or have friends that ski and snowboard. Nothing has been compromised in the design securing both skis or snowboards.

The CFR single ski brackets system is designed to be mounted to D, DD, iRack or Mountain Rack. This set up evenly distributes the weight of both skis and poles by carrying one ski and pole on each side of rack. No other attachments are possible.

Dual Ski Bracket Kit Part# K02

The CFR Dual Ski Bracket Kit will keep your skis and poles out of the way while breaking trail to your favourite line or jump spot. This system can be used with another dual ski bracket kit to carry up to two pairs of skis and poles.

It also can be used with a snowboard bracket kit to carry a snowboard on one side of snowmobile and skis/poles on the other side of snowmobile. When two dual ski bracket kits are being used it is putting a lot of extra weight on the rear tunnel. Slow down going through rough conditions. Extra tunnel upports are a good idea if you frequently travel in rough conditions with two pairs of skis.The Dual Ski Bracket kit is specifically designed to be attached to the CFR DD, iRack or Mountain rack

Pow Surf Bracket Kit Part# K05

The CFR Snowboard/Pow surf bracket is a result of a direct collaboration with Jeremy Jensen at Grassroots pows surfing and CFR. Jeremy needed a rack on his snowmobile to carry his Pow surfers.

The Current CFR snowboard bracket kit he had been using worked great for his snowboard but didn't work with his pow surfers.

We hit the drawing board and designed a new bracket that worked both to carry his revolutionary binding-less snow riding Pow surfers and his regular snowboard when he had to use bindings. If you want to carry your Pow surfer or snowboard on your snowmobile this is the bracket for you.

Bag Division The CFR Bag Division was developed to utilize certain key spots on the snowmobile to carry much needed extra gear. Our goal was to only have the essentials in your backpack and pockets. Lightening up your load when sledding and shredding is a must have for high performance manoeuvres. The Bags are waterproof and can withstand the hardest winter conditions you will face and keep your gear dry and accessible.

Buck Bag Part# B03

The new CFR handlebar bag conveniently attaches between the handlebars of most snowmobiles.

The rip stop waterproof fabric along with waterproof zippers keep you goods dry on the wettest days.

Using the CFR handlebar bag lets you empty your jacket and pant pockets keeping all of your go to stuff in one go to spot. With your jacket and pants pocket empty you can boondock your snowmobile through the trickiest terrain and side hill for miles.

9� of clearance is needed on XM snowmobiles between the top of the bag to the DESS switch. If clearance is not available the bag can knock the DESS switch out when turning sharply. Otherwise the Dess switch can be relocated if you still want to rock the buck bag if you don’t have clearance.

Dime Bag Part# B01

The CFR Dime Bag was designed by Pemberton, BC Canada based FYI designs. Tom Routh head designer/snowboard legend/sled/moto head wanted a waterproof and super tough bag for his CFR rack. The Dime Bag was the result. Tom chose leading fabric maker Dimension Polyent for the outer shell because of its super tough and waterproof characteristics.

The CFR Dime Bag has Velcro strips that wrap around the CFR DD, i and Mountain racks tubular bars in four spots to keep the bag locked into place. The waterproof zipper on the outside will keep your contents dry. The inside waterproof pocket is perfect for your wallet and the key hook keeps your keys in the right place.

A CFR scraper comes standard in all Dime Bags so you can scrape the un wanted ice build up on your snowboard/skis and running boards. The CFR Dime Bag allows 10 cubic inches of carrying capacity. Now you can bring along your first aid kit, tow rope, siphon hoses, beverages or whatever else you might need for your winter adventures.

QP Bag Part# B02

The CFR QP Bag offers 25 liters of waterproof carrying capacity and fits snugly in all of the CFR rack systems. The QP is a telescoping bag that doubles in size with a quick zipper extension to carry up to 50 liters of gear.

-25 liter capacity. Un-zip the extension and up to 50 liters of capacity are possible.

Direct Tunnel Mount The CFR direct tunnel mount (DTM) rack systems are designed to be attached directly to the rear tunnel of most snowmobiles. No other rack required.

Board-Ski Bracket System (DTM) Part# M03 The ability to carry either a pair of skis and or a snowboards with no other rack required is now a reality. Just buy this bracket, bolt it to your snowmobile, throw your skis and or snowboard on and go. This is for the minimalist who doesn't want the rack on the back and just wants to carry his skis and or snowboards depending on their fancy for the day.

Features: -The CFR DTM Boardski bracket bolts to the side of most snowmobiles. (Does not work on 2007 and newer Polaris snowmobiles, 2012 and newer Arctic Cat snowmobiles or 2003-2007 Ski-doo revs.

-Two Nylon infused polyurethane brackets carry snowboard and or skis securely and safely.

Metal Snowboard Rack System (DTM) Part# M01 The snowboard rack tested and approved by snowboarders Eric Jackson, Bjorn Leines and Mads Johnson. The Metal snowboard rack System is one of the lightest snowboard brackets on the market weighing in at 2lbs. Tandem riding with your buddies is now easy as pie with your snowboards on the rack and not in your back packs hitting you in the back of the head. Having snowboards fastened to the snowmobile allows you to negotiate tricky snowmobiling situations getting to your favorite big mountain line or jump spot.

The Metal Snowboard Rack system is made for the minimalist who wants to be able to carry his or her snowboard and nothing else. The CFR Metal Snowboard Rack System carries one snowboard on the side of your snowmobile.

Snowmobile Control Division The CFR Boondocker handlebar, Dan Treadway handlebar and Knucks risers are now one of the Industry leaders in aftermarket handlebars and risers for snowmobiles. Last year’s Boondocker and Dan Treadway handlebar changed handlebar design and increased the performance of snowmobiling. This year we added the Boondocker 2.0, Treadway 2.0 and Turcotte to our handlebar line up. We added 1.5” of width on each bar to allow a more comfortable and stable position when snowmobiling. The added width will also allow some stock controls to be attached to the handlebars directly along with more brake lever space.

Our entire line up of handlebars are built from the inside out. We start with high quality 7075 double butted heat treated aluminum for a strong and lightweight base.

In the center, where the risers stem clamps to the bar, the width is a beefy 1 1/8” thick.

The handlebars then taper off to 7/8” thick for all of your handlebar controls and hands to fit nicely around. This construction also allows energy to dissipate over a gradual tapering thickness within the inner core.

This results in a stronger bar that dampens hard hits and also gives the user a better feel of what’s going on underneath on the snow.

Dan Treadway Signature Bar Dan changed what was thought possible on a snowmobile. The Flat Black Part# CD04 only thing that was holding him back was his equipment. Knucks Risers Knucks Handlebar risers are ideal to personally customise the height of your bars. Machined from Hi Strength super tough 6061 - T06 Aluminum they can take anything you can throw at them. An anodized black tumble finish and Graphics kit will ad some style to your steed. The graphics are not just for looks with a centering line on the top cap allowing you to adjust your handle bars to where you want them! The Knucks come in 4,5,6,7 and 8 inch heights and will work on your 7/8" or over sized 1 1/8" bars.

Wraps

New for 2014-2015 from CFR are sled wraps.

Sled wraps not only ad style to your whip but also protect the plastic from the abusive sport of snowmobiling. The graphics are a real hand drawn topo graphical map of one of our favorite snowmobiling areas just west of our headquarters here in Pemberton BC Canada.

CFR is working with Toyskinz to produce these wraps witch are made of industry leading 6 mil. vinyl and 15 mil.over-laminate, making a total of 21 mil. thick. The Colors and designs of the wraps work well with all of our other snowmobile accessories for a tight look!

Connect System Part# C01

The CFR Connect System enables you to take your CFR iRack on or off at whim! Four stainless steel buckles lock your rack down to your snowmobile. Permanent Mounting points on snowmobile are low profile stainless steel loops.

Go lightweight and low pro. Drop the rack and go. *CFR Connect system only works with the CFR iRacks and on Ski Doo XP/XM model snowmobiles with a 146" tunnel or longer.

Blades Ad a little more Metal to your Ski Doo XP/XM. The CFR Blades are designed to be fastened to the outside or inside of the rear tunnel of your 146”, 154", 163 or 174 tunnel. The added 50% more strength allows more weight to be carried on the tunnel. The CFR Blades are recommended if you travel on bumpy roads carrying lots of extra weight on your snowmobile.

Aluminium Rachet Part# 1006

The CFR Aluminum Ratchet is custom made to take the abuse that snowmobiling throws at it.

These custom made ratchets are designed to hold your snowboard and or skis down solid until you need them no matter what!. The powder coated black finish will keep them rust free and looking good. The thick springs are long lasting and will give you years of trouble free use.

-This Ratchet will replace all CFR ratchets current and past years.

Ladder Strap Part# 1003

The CFR 220MM Replacement Ladder Strap works on all of our Snowboard and Ski Brackets.

-64 Stainless Steele rivet and two washers included.

Replacment Strap Part# 1001

8" Replacement Strap

The CFR 8� replacement strap is used in most of the snowboard and ski rack carrying racks that we manufacture. A 66 Stainless steel rivet and two washers included.

The CFR Snow Scraper is a great way to scrape off unwanted snow and ice from your running boards, Snowboards or Skis.

In the shop you can scrape off the fresh hot wax from your Skis or Snowboards.

Tunner Armour

Part# 1014

The CFR Tunnel armour use super sticky 3m adhesive to add a layer of protection to your snowmobile. Stick the pad on the tunnel to prevent against rubbing from equipment.

Bar Pad Part# CD12

The CFR bar pads are designed to fit all CFR Handlebars or any oversized large diameter Handlebars.

The Dual density foam will protect against sharp corners and hardware on riser. The Cordura material with CFR logos is long lasting and can withstand cold temps and all of the abuse that comes with snowmobiling. The CFR Bar pad comes in Black with white logos.

Snow Scratchers Part# S01

The CFR Snow Scratchers are a cost effective way to prevent the overheating of your snowmobiles Motor on those early morning long approaches.

Reversible Snow Scratchers Part# S02

These Scratchers are bad ass. They kick up twice as much snow as regular Scratchers and wont break or bend if you accidentally go in reverse. Hanger Included to secure scratchers when not in use.
