The evolution of the Turcotte handlebar is upon us now in its 5th season. Brett’s riding style is constantly evolving (along with his X games medals) and because of this his handle bar needs to as well. When Brett switched over to Polaris last year he needed a new handlebar to work with the different dynamics of his new whip. We went to the drawing board and lowered the rise to 1” because of the higher steering post design on the Polaris and narrowed the handlebar to 30” wide to Brett’s liking.

Andrew had been cutting down his Boondockers to a 29” width and asked if we could make him a custom bar so he didn’t have to cut his bar down. We went to the drawing board and designed the all new Munster Bar. We wanted everyone riding all different brands to be able to use this handlebar so we dropped the height to 1” witch allows the clamping space to be wide enough to work with all brands and still gives enough room on the handlebars for all of your controls.

A great all around riding handlebar with less width for a more responsive powerful feeling in tight situations. The narrow width allows the snowmobile to be thrown around easier for riders with a narrower shoulder width or riders who prefer a narrower handlebar. This bar won’t be for everyone but for the right person it will be the cats ass!

TUNNEL RACKS The base of the CFR Tunnel racks start with two Aluminum plates stamped out to a .01 spec. The plates are then placed into a welding jig.

Tubular aluminum is then cut to length and holes are drilled into the tubing for the brackets. The two main bars are then placed in a bending tool and bent to attach to the mounting plate and placed in the welding jig with the plates. The cross tubes are then cut to the correct width and placed in the jig as well. Everything is then carefully hand welded into one. This process creates the strongest rack on the market that won’t fall apart or rattle loose. It can take a licking and keeps on ticking.

The Tunnel racks are the base of your fun carrying platform. Our bracket kits are specifically designed to carry skis, snowboards and pow surfers on the racks. Put one on each side to carry whatever you might need. The inside space between the brackets allows our custom QP and dime bags to fit inside along with extra gas and or gear ect…

In April of 2019 we had to say good bye to our dear friend Dave Treadway, who passed in a mountain accident near Pemberton. Dave and the whole Treadway tribe have been our beloved friends and innovation partners for decades. Dave left a powerful legacy of inspiration in his path. In his memory, we continue to Chase Life and the source of it.
