Tunnel Racks & Bags CFR Tunnel Racks are designed to be strong, durable and lightweight. The 3/4” x 1/16” ID aluminum tubing and cutting-edge design are what make these rack the best in the business. All CFR racks are designed to work with CFR Bracket Kits to carry snowboards, powsurfers and skis. They also work well to strap on other essentials such as tripods, ice augers, guns or whatever your trip designs call for. The CFR Tunnel Rack line up is universal and can be used on most snowmobiles with a 141” track or longer, with the exception of the Expedition Rack, which requires a minimum 153” tunnel. The CFR Dime Bag and CFR QP Bags are designed to fit inside our racks and are easily removable.

Expedition Rack - Flat Black

The CFR Expedition Rack is ready for most anything. You can carry twice the amount of gear for those big days or overnight trips. Snowboards, powsurfers and ski brackets can still be used as well. (Requires a 153� tunnel or longer). The CFR QP bag and dime bag also fit in the Expedition rack.

The iRack 2.0 is hybrid rack of the Mountain and iRack. The bigger carrying capacity allows you to carry extra gear. Bracket Kits (sold separately) are farther apart to secure skis and snowboards better. The lower profile keeps skis and or snowboards lower to the snowmobile.

The CFR Dime Bag has Velcro strips that wrap around all of our tunnel rack’s tubular bars to keep the bag locked in place. The waterproof zipper on the outside will keep your contents dry. The inside waterproof pocket is perfect for your wallet and the key hook keeps your keys in the right place.

Buck Bag CFR Buck Bag lets you empty your jacket and pant pockets and keeps all of your go-to stuff in one spot. 9� of clearance is needed on XM snowmobiles between the top of the bag to the DESS switch. If clearance is not available the bag can knock the DESS switch out when turning sharply. Otherwise the DESS switch can be relocated if you still want to rock the Buck.

Super Strap Part No. 1013 The CFR super strap is a must have for your set up. This handy strap allows you to fasten pretty much anything to your rack or back pack. With a super strap and duct tape you can pretty much get through anything.

Tunnel Armor

The CFR Tunnel armor is designed to prevent ski tips from rubbing against the side of your snowmobile tunnel. The 3M backing will stick to pretty much anything, and the hard durometer ribbed rubber top is strong and long lasting.

The Tunnel Armor comes stock with the Boardski Bracket and Dual Ski Bracket Kit.

Snow Scraper Part No. 1012 The CFR snow scraper is a must have multi-tool. From clearing the snow and ice off of your running boards to scraping the snow and ice off of your snowboard or ski base. The CFR Ice Scraper is available to buy separately or comes in all Dime and QP Bags.

Kits & Tunnel Mounts CFR Brackets are created from a polyurethane infused with nylon.

This combination enables a material that can withstand the coldest winter day, while taking a beating. Our straps are injected molded and are made from super tough nylon that wont break in the cold, but will break in severe roll overs to prevent most damage.

Custom-made CFR Ratchets have thicker industrial springs that hold their shape and will give you years of trouble free ratcheting.

The mounting hardware we use is made from high grade stainless steel that is super strong and will stay rust free. All CFR Bracket Kits are designed to be attached to our tunnel racks.

DIRECT TUNNEL MOUNT (DTM)

Single Ski Bracket System (DTM)

This ski rack carries a ski and pole on each side of most snowmobiles. This system cannot be used with other bracket systems.

Metal Snowboard Rack System (DTM)

This snowboard rack carries a snowboard securely on the side of most snowmobiles.

Another bracket system can be used on the other side of the snowmobile.

Boardski Bracket System (DTM)

The Boardski Bracket System bolts directly to the side of 2008-16 SkiDoo snowmobiles. Using this bracket allows you to to carry a snowboard or a pair of skis and poles securely on your snowmobile. Another bracket system can be used on the other side of the snowmobile.

Blades Add a little more metal to the rear tunnel of your snowmobile. The CFR XP/XM/ Gen 4 Blades are designed to be fastened to the outside or inside rear tunnel of your Ski-Doo snowmobile. Blades add 50% more strength to the rear tunnel. The XP/XM/Gen 4 Blades are recommended if you travel on bumpy roads carrying lots of extra weight on the rear tunnel of your snowmobile. Blades also available for Arctic Cat M series 2005-2008 and Yamaha Nytros as well.

Handlebars The CFR Boondocker, Turcotte, Rooster, Treadway, Crow and Brown handlebars, along with knucks risers, are the industry leaders in aftermarket handlebars and risers for snowmobiles. Our entire line up of handlebars are built from the inside out. We start with high quality 7075 double-butted, heat-treated aluminum for a strong base. Our oversized bars (Boondocker, Treadway, Turcotte and Rooster) are 1 1/8� thick in the middle where the risers clamp to the bars. These handlebars then taper off to 7/8� thick for all of your controls and hands to fit nicely around. The non-oversized handlebars (Crow and Brown bars) are 7/8 diameter from end to end. This construction allows energy to dissipate over a gradual tapering thickness within the inner core. This results in a stronger handlebar that dampens hard hits and also gives the user a better feel of whats going on underneath on the snow. Vertical and horizontal positioning graphics enable you to enter your bar and get the right angles for your style of riding. No tape measure required.

Boondocker 2.0 The Boondocker 2.0 is bent as an all-around boondock, hill climbing, jump and tandeming handlebar. The 38° degree angulation on the end of the bars keep your hands from slipping off. Rooster Bar The Rooster Bar from CFR has a fresh graphic package along with a flat bar bend. The oversized flat bar bend allows more space for controls, and the stock rise to be maintained, when switching out OEM handlebars. The Rooster Bar is great for boondocking, carving fresh powder, hillclimbing, catching big air or riding the trails. Made to last using 7075 double-butted heat treated aluminum. The bend is a comfy 12° back bend, 31.5” width with a 38° bar end on each side. The middle of the Handlebar is a beefy oversized 1 1/8” diameter that tapers to 7/8” for your controls and hands to fit nicely around.

Scratchers

The OTTP snow scratchers kick up snow and ice into the Hi-Faxes and cooling vents of your snowmobile. The snow and ice keep the snowmobile motor cool and prevents overheating on icy, early morning approaches. Snow on the track/rail connection prevents melting and premature wearing of your Hi-Faxes. When not in use you simply place them over the rail.

Reversible Scratchers The OTTP reversible snow scratchers are the best scratchers you can buy. They kick up twice as much snow as regular snow scratchers and if you accidentally go in reverse they wont break or bend.

Snow scratchers kick up snow and ice into the HiFaxes and cooling vents of your snowmobile. The snow and ice keeps the snowmobile motor cool and prevents overheating on icy early morning approaches.
