Tunnel Racks

CFR Tunnel Racks are designed to be strong, durable and lightweight. The 3/4” x 1/16” ID aluminum tubing and cutting-edge design are what make these rack the best in the business. All CFR racks are designed to work with CFR Bracket Kits to carry snowboards, powsurfers and skis. They also work well to strap on other possible essentials such as tripods, ice augers, guns or whatever your trip designs call for. The CFR Tunnel Rack line up is universal and can be used on most snowmobiles with a 141” track or longer with the exception of the Expedition Rack, which requires a minimum 153” tunnel. The CFR Dime Bag and CFR QP Bags are designed to fit inside our racks and are easily removable.

The CFR Expedition Rack is ready for most anything. You can carry twice the amount of gear for those big days or overnight trips. Snowboards, powsurfers and ski brackets can still be used as well.

The new iRack 2.0 is hybrid rack of the Mountain and iRack. The bigger carrying capacity allows you to carry extra gear. Bracket kits (sold separately) are farther apart to secure skis and snowboards better.

The lower profile keeps skis and or snowboards lower to the snowmobile. The lightweight yet strong design is almost bombproof. The CFR Connect System works on this revolutionary new rack.

CONNECT

Connect System -The CFR Connect System enables you to take your CFR iRack off at whim! Four stainless steel buckles lock your rack down to your snowmobile.

-Permanent Mounting points on the snowmobile are low profile stainless steel loops.

-Going lightweight and low pro? Drop the rack and go.

-CFR Connect only works with the CFR iRack and on Ski Doo XP and XM snowmobiles.

Kits & Tunnel Mounts CFR Brackets are created from a polyurethane infused with nylon. This combination enables a material that can withstand the coldest winter day, while taking a beating. Our straps are injected molded and are made from super tough nylon that wont break in the cold, but will break in severe roll overs to prevent most damage. Custom made CFR Ratchets have thicker industrial springs that hold their shape and will give you years of trouble free ratcheting. The mounting hardware we use is made from high grade stainless steel that is super strong and will stay rust free. All CFR Bracket Kits are designed to be attached to our tunnel racks.

We worked with Grassroots founder Jeremy Jenson to design this bracket kit to carry his revolutionary pow surfers.

The CFR Pow Surf Bracket Kit carries one Pow Surfer on the side of one of our Tunnel Racks (sold separately). Another Bracket Kit can be purchased for the other side.

DIRECT TUNNEL MOUNTS

Single Ski Bracket System (DTM) This ski rack carries a ski and pole on each side of most snowmobiles. This system cannot be used with other bracket systems.

Boardski Bracket System (DTM)

The Boardski Bracket System bolts directly to the side of 2008-16 SkiDoo snowmobiles.Using this bracket allows you to to carry a snowboard or a pair of skis and poles securely on your snowmobile. Another bracket system can be used on the other side of the snowmobile.

Bag Division The CFR Bag Division was developed to utilize key spots on the snowmobile to carry much needed gear. Our goal was to only have the essentials in your backpack and pockets and the rest on your sled. A light load when sledding and shredding is a must-have for high performance maneuvers and our bags allow that to happen.

All our bags are waterproof using a 3 layer laminate fabric with ripstop weaved into the outer shell for strength. YKK water-proof zippers are strong and provide many trouble free zips. The 2mm stitching holds the bags together to withstand the hardest winter conditions you will face. Both the Dime and QP bag are designed to be used with all of our tunnel racks.

BAG DIVISION

Dime Bag The CFR Dime Bag has Velcro strips that wrap around all of our tunnel racks tubular bars to keep the bag locked in place. The waterproof zipper on the outside will keep your contents dry. The inside waterproof pocket is perfect for your wallet and the key hook keeps your keys in the right place.

A CFR Scraper comes standard in all Dime Bags so you can scrape the unwanted ice build up on your snowboard/skis and running boards. The CFR Dime Bag allows 10 cubic inches of carrying capacity. Now you can bring along your first aid kit, tow rope, siphon hoses, beverages or whatever else you might need for your winter adventures.

Buck Bag

CFR Buck Bag lets you empty your jacket and pant pockets and keeps all of your go-to stuff in one spot. 9� of clearance is needed on XM snowmobiles between the top of the bag to the DESS switch. If clearance is not available the bag can knock the DESS switch out when turning sharply. Otherwise the Dess switch can be relocated if you still want to rock the Buck.

QP Bag The CFR QP Bag offers 25 liters of waterproof carrying capacity and fits snugly in all of the CFR Tunnel Racks. The QP is a telescoping bag that doubles in size with a quick zipper extension to carry up to 50 liters of gear.

Handlebars The CFR Boondocker, Turcotte, Rooster and Treadway handlebars, along with Knucks Risers, are the industry leaders in aftermarket handlebars and risers for snowmobiles. Our entire line up of handlebars are built from the inside out. We start with high quality 7075 double-butted heat-treated aluminum for a strong base. In the center, where the risers stem clamps to the bar, the width is a beefy 1 1/8� thick.

The handlebars then taper off to 7/8� thick for all of your controls and hands to fit nicely around. This construction also allows energy to dissipate over a gradual tapering thickness within the inner core. This results in a stronger handlebar that dampens hard hits and also gives the user a better feel of whats going on underneath on the snow. Vertical and horizontal positioning graphics enable you to center your bar and get the right angulation for your style of riding. No tape measure required.

SNOWMOBILE CONTROL DIVISION

Turcotte Bar The Turcotte Bar has been used and abused by Brett at his compound and the bends are to his liking. We work closely with Brett to make sure this handlebar satisfies his needs. Brett was using his handlebar at the X-games this year where he was on the podium in the speed and style with a bronze medal. The Turcotte bar is now offered in 3 color-ways with a new graphics package.

Arctic Cat Adjustable Post Delete Kit

This kit allows you to use your stock steering post and removes the height adjustable feature off your Arctic Cat snowmobile. Simply cut below the adjustable part of your steering post and install the new T style billet block (step by step directiond included). You will also need to get a riser height of your choice. Eliminates 90% of the slop found in the stock adjustable post and saves over 1lb depending on the height of risers you choose.
