Prices will be quoted based on your group size.

All package are fixed however additional services and experiences can be added to the package at additional cost.

This package is suitable for stays of any length, as it is designed to provide a welcome experience and provisions to get you started. We offer a provisions restocking services and can be requested as require additional cost apply.

Tailor your experience to your liking - we would love to make your welcome that much better with additional service and experiences, speak to your concierge. Additional cost apply.

Due to seasonality and availability items described in the inclusions section may differ from the delivered goods. All dietary requirements must be advised at the time of booking and we will do our best to accommodate these where possible, or a tailored package can be curated for you.

Delivery and staging is included for all accommodations in Central Queenstown - as far west as Sunshine Bay, as far East as Arrowtown and Arrow Junction and as far South as Lakeside Estate. Please enquire for additional fees outside of these areas.

All prices are advised in NZD and are inclusive of 15% GST. 20% deposit payment is required at the time of booking and full payment due 14 days prior to arrival or if arriving within 14 days full payment is required at the time of booking.

We accept direct credit bank transfers and Visa & Mastercard credit card payments. All international transfer fees and currency conversion fees must be paid in addition to your total package cost and all credit card payments incur a 3% processing fee.

Cancellations received 14 or more days prior to commencement of services will result in loss of deposit.

Cancellations received within 13 to 4 days of commencement of the services will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Cancellations received within 72 hours of commencement of the service, or failure to arrive, will incur 100% cancellation fees.
