This tourism helps to preserve the culture of the resident communities, their sociocultural identity, legacy (heritage), traditional values and to contribute inter cultural tolerance.

All the participants must be involved and actively participate which is the requirement of the sustainable tourism development along with it also requires wide participation and the consensus building. It is a continuous process and requires continuous monitoring so that preventive/corrective measures can be taken whenever necessary.

It should maintain level of tourist satisfaction and should create awareness among the tourist regarding the sustainability practices involved in the tourism. (STD, 2005) DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SUSTAINABLE TOURISM DEVELOPMENT AND ECOTOURISM According to various analysts and the industry it is said that eco-tourism is more toward environment conservation and also educating the visitor or tourist regarding the surrounding environment but sustainable tourism focuses more on the traveling which has less impact on the local communities and the ecological surroundings (Skočibušić et al., 2013).

Eco-tourism is the type of tourism that can be taken similar to the vacation taken to the beaches, adventures etc. on the other hand sustainable tourism take into account all types of tourisms.

So we can say that any form of the tourism that reduces the poverty can be termed as pro-poor tourism (Butler et al., 2013). This is said that any form of the tourism directly or indirectly reduce the poverty but specifically taking steps or making ways in tourism to alleviate the poverty is propoor tourism. Tourism is a growing industry and it is affects millions of people and if minor changings are done it could be done to reduce the poverty level.(PPT, 2006).

But on the other hand sustainable tourism includes the propoor tourism into it. As mention above in the definition it is stated that sustainable tourism development helps in the economic prosperity of the local communities. So Pro-poor tourism is the part of Sustainable tourism development.

ETHICAL AND SOCIAL ISSUE OF THE ENCLAVE TOURISM

Tourism in the self-contained resorts is called enclave tourism that are usually located in the costal and tropical areas or the in villages of the Africa. The major issue regarding the enclave tourism is the leakage effect which causes income to flow out of the local economy.

Multinational hotels take away all the profits (Cohen and Cohen, 2012). There is few interaction

of tourist with the local communities because the visitors hardly leave the luxury the resorts so it becomes difficult for the locals to maintain their culture.

The local communities are also indirectly benefited from the enclave tourism but it is unethical because the tourism should directly benefit the local communities economical and culturally.

This type of tourism also makes a gap between rich and the poor that is more unethical practice.

Even the resources of the local are used for the rich or to use for the resort maintenance and the local are left deprived of the resources (Buzinde and Manuel-Navarrete, 2013).
