This track covers the full spectrum: cybersecurity and governance, EHR optimization, data analytics, and emerging tools that help health centers make smarter decisions faster.
Workforce, Culture, and Leadership A health center is strengthened by the people who power it. This track explores what it takes to build and sustain a thriving workforce, from recruitment and retention to leadership development and organizational culture. Sessions address the real challenges health center leaders face including burnout, succession planning, and team dynamics.
Finance, Operations, and Compliance Sustainable mission requires sustainable operations. This track brings together the financial, administrative, and regulatory expertise health centers need to stay strong in a shifting landscape.
