BRANDING POLICY At Chattanooga Christian School we aim to maintain a strong, unified, visual identity through a cohesive and consistent branding system. Our branding system consists of a group of carefully selected elements such as logos, fonts, colors, taglines, and compositional guidelines that represent who we are and strengthen our unique and distinctive presence within the larger community.

This guide outlines our branding system and offers information on how to use our logos and other visual elements in a cohesive, consistent manner. Any usage of CCS logos must be compliant with the specifications outlined in this guide. Any publications, marketing materials, banners or signs, t-shirts, or other articles of clothing displaying CCS logos must be approved by the Communications Office prior to production or distribution. All CCS logos can be obtained through request from the Communications Office.

The entire CCS community works together to successfully maintain the CCS brand. The school appreciates your cooperation in our efforts to communicate a strong and cohesive visual identity.

TAGLINE AND OFFICIAL NAMES A PLACE TO GROW A PLACE TO GROW is the official tagline of Chattanooga Christian School. It is to be treated as a sentence with a capital “A,” a period at the end, and no quotation marks. This is a stylistic approach often used in taglines and catch phrases. When possible use THEOREM font. When used under the academic logo, A PLACE TO GROW should not exceed the width of our school name and should adhere to proper clear space. It is a one color logo. FONTS These are the official fonts for Chattanooga Christian School publications.

Please use these fonts whenever possible. The fonts can be purchased at MyFonts.com.

MUSEO

Museo Slab 100, 300, 500, 700 & 900 Museo Slab is a square serif font. Its geometric, block-like appenditures, project solidity, style, and confidence. It coordinates well with the rest of the Museo family of fonts. It is best used for HEADERS and BOLD copy. Museo Slab 900 is the official font for CHATTANOOGA CHRISTIAN SCHOOL. This font comes in multiple weights and italics and is a highly versatile font.

Museo Sans 100, 300, 500, 700 & 900 Museo Sans is a sans serif font designed to be used alongside Museo Slab. Because of its easy readability, it can be used in both display and text font sizes. It is available in multiple weights and italics and is a highly versatile font.

Museo 300, 500 & 700 Museo 500 is a serif font. This font is best used in both display and text font sizes. Museo is designed to coordinate with all the fonts in the Museo suite. It is available in three weights.

THEOREM

Theorem Theorem is a script font and is best used for emphasis. Please do not use this font for copy. Theorem is the official font used for our tagline: A place to grow.
