NAH, IMMA STAY
YogaForEverySoul
When you hear “Namaste,” it evokes feelings of peace, respect, and unity. But Alisa Anthon, founder of Nah Imma Stay, has reimagined the phrase with her own twist. “I created Nah Imma Stay as a playful take on ‘Namaste,’ reflecting the idea of staying in peace, prosperity, and loving oneself through yoga,” says Alisa. With her creativity and passion for helping others, Alisa has built a space where everyone is welcome to experience the healing power of yoga.
A Bronx Native’s Journey to Yoga
Alisa’s connection to yoga began in the Bronx, where she grew up balancing the chaos of New York with incredible opportunities. She was exposed to yoga through dance programs and career camps in middle school, and the practice stuck with her into adulthood. “I’ve always been passionate about helping people, and yoga became my way to find peace despite life’s madness,” she explains. At 30, Alisa has taken her years of experience and love for the practice and turned it into a career, teaching others how to find inner calm.

With soulful music and powerful affirmations incorporated into each session, Alisa creates a warm, supportive space for participants to connect with their inner peace and leave behind any negativity. “We want people to come, stay in peace, and let go of what doesn’t serve them,” she shares.
