Over 75 Years of Excellence in Christian Education
our history Since 1950, Charlotte Christian School has faithfully equipped and developed students to effectively integrate Biblical truth and learning into their daily lives, ultimately impacting culture for Christ. Charlotte Christian graduates are taught to blend spiritual formation, pursuit of excellence, innovation, curiosity and creativity into the way they think and interact with the world around them.
charlotte christian school is... a wonderful and diverse community that unites in a passion for Christian education. We are tremendously blessed to have a dedicated faculty who know and love their students and are experts in their craft. We provide a beautiful campus that is not only aesthetically pleasing but, more importantly, is also safe and secure so students can focus on learning and growing into the young men and women God has created them to be. In all things, we teach and learn through a Biblical worldview lens. Our academic program begins in our lower school, where our environment is intentionally designed to develop students who are inquisitive, engaged and challenged to discover while building a solid foundation. Our middle school fosters an environment where students can explore their unique gifts and talents through new experiences and areas of study while supporting adolescent learners. The upper school provides robust academic offerings that allow students to fulfill specialized interests, embrace intellectual curiosity and encourage students to wrestle with life’s questions from a Biblical worldview. We desire to provide all of our students an educational experience that is balanced and supportive. Our graduates are prepared for college and beyond spiritually, academically, socially and physically. Our school benediction frames our hope for each child. We pray that our students and graduates do justice, love kindness and walk humbly (Micah 6:8) in a way that honors our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Thank you for your interest in Charlotte Christian School. I hope that you find a home here just as my family and I have over the last 16 years.

early education Junior Kindergarten & Kindergarten
Early Education (JK–K) serves as the foundational launching pad for a lifelong journey of academic excellence, character formation and spiritual growth. We believe that four and five-year-old children are uniquely created by God, filled with innate curiosity, capability and a capacity for joy. Our program blends a warm, Christ-centered environment with an engaging, developmentally appropriate curriculum designed to equip students with a strong academic foundation. By nurturing the whole child spiritually, intellectually, socially, emotionally and physically, we cultivate confident, compassionate learners who understand their worth in Christ and are prepared to engage the world around them. Our teachers are passionate experts in their field. They are knowledgeable about brainbased research and child development. Each classroom has a certified lead teacher and an assistant teacher (11:1 student-teacher ratio), which allows your student to be known through small groups and differentiated instruction.
