Documenting the Accident Scene

 photos of the damage to all vehicles involved, including the license plates

 Take photos of any visible injuries you or other passengers sustained

 Write down the names and contact information of all drivers, passengers, and witnesses

 Obtain a copy of the police report and make note of the officer’s name and badge number
