London Exhibition

Interior Educators

A month before the opening night, we were informed by our tutor that as a course, we were not able to exhibit at the Interior Educators summer show due to no direct tutor participation. Although I understood the reasoning behind why we could not attend, I felt as though I would be missing out on a huge opportunity to meet and talk to people in London and from other universities. As a result, I emailed my tutor to say, “I would really like to do this, I am prepared to do it myself”. My tutor gave me the go ahead to start designing and curating this exhibition to show mine and five other students work. I liaised with my tutor, technicians, and Interior Educators, I started to collect the work and equipment that we would need to present our work in an empty space. I met our technicians at the barge house to pull everything together within 3.5 hours.
