Yes, all our mirrors come with secure, pre-fitted hanging fixtures and clear installation instructions, making them quick and easy to install. Each mirror can be hung horizontally or vertically.
Can I hang the mirror horizontally and vertically?
Most of our mirrors can be hung either way, giving you complete flexibility to suit your room layout. Our Arch mirrors can only be hung vertically.
Do your mirrors come with protective pads to prevent wall or floor damage?
Yes, every mirror comes with self-adhesive protective pads that can be applied to the base or back of the mirror. These help to keep your walls and floors safe from marks or scratches.
How are the LED mirrors powered?
All of our LED mirrors are mains powered and come complete with a plug-in transformer, making installation simple and reliable. The power cable is 5 meters in length.
Are the LED lights dimmable?
Yes. Every LED mirror includes an integrated dimmer function, allowing you to effortlessly adjust the brightness using the remote control to create the perfect lighting for any moment.
How long do the LEDs last?

How long will delivery take?
Standard delivery is typically within 5–12 working days, depending on your location and the mirror selected.
What happens if my mirror arrives damaged?
All mirrors are packaged carefully for safe transport, but if your item arrives damaged, simply contact our Customer Service team and we’ll arrange a replacement quickly.
How do I clean the mirror?
Use a soft, lint-free cloth and a non-abrasive cleaner. Avoid harsh chemicals or scouring pads, especially on LED components.
Do you offer mirror frame samples?
We offer samples to illustrate our frame colours, which you can find on our website.
What is the returns policy?
We offer a free 90-day returns policy on all mirrors. Items must be in their original packaging. Our team will collect your mirror free of charge and process your refund once it has been inspected at our warehouse.
