The lighting and the air conditioning in the room only operates when the key card is inserted in the energy situatedslot at the entrance of the room.

Please do not hang clothes or towels on the outside of your balconies. Balcony lights are automatically onswitchedandoff.

When putting the ‘Do not Disturb’ sign outside your door please note that should this not be removed by maid13.00 service will not be provided for that day.

Please note that we are a non-smoking hotel. It is strictly prohibited to smoke in rooms and public areas. In doing this you are at risk of incurring a € 250 fine.

Our air conditioning system is centralised and is switched between heating and cooling depending on the season.

For your own safety and security kindly always keep key card at hand as this might be requested by management.

Please request these from our Front Desk or you can also set it up on your TV.

The below extras are available upon request and subject to availability

Each room is cleaned daily. For a longer stay your linen will be changed every 3 days. For the request of a daily change or to make your stay more comfortable, including extra soap, towels, please get in touch with Front Desk. Towels which are not found in the room will not be replaced by the room attendant.

In case of a fire in your room leave immediately, closing the door behind you and notify Front Desk

• Use the nearest exit and follow instructions found on the evacuation plan hung behind the room door and near the elevator at Strand Café.

We recommend the use of this room facility, as the Hotel Management is not liable for the loss of any valuables at the hotel.

Found items are kept in our lost & found according to legal requirements. Shipping to you is at your own cost.
