A LETTER FROM DOUG ANDERSON CEO // CBA ARCHITECTS
Aswe close the chapter on 2025, I want to express my deepest gratitude to our Clients, partners, and team.
Together, we faced the reality that renewal in our industry did not arrive as quickly as we hoped. The obstacles of the past two years continued to linger, demanding patience and resolve. Yet when I look back on the year, I see more than hurdles; I see the resolve in how we responded. The pressures of this market
did not break us; they became the forge that sharpened our direction, strengthened our process, and sparked new ways to deliver value.
What carried us forward was not effort alone, but a collective determination—a willingness to face challenges side by side and continue with conviction. In that shared commitment, we found something more powerful than recovery: the capacity to grow, adapt, and lead with purpose.
To our Clients: Thank you for your trust. We never forget that the plans we develop help shape the places where lives unfold, bonds form, and communities take root. AN INNOVATIVE CATALYST FOR THE COMMUNITY
North of downtown Orlando, the RoseArts District will be a rejuvenating spark for the historic Rosemont neighborhood. By artfully reshaping 128 acres of dormant, previously developed land, the multi-phase Planned Urban Development introduces a dynamic new urban center that seamlessly connects to the surrounding city.
RoseArts introduces over 5,000 multifamily residences and 350,000 square feet of retail space, balanced with impactful public spaces and expansive parks. It’s a transformative vision of unparalleled urban living: exciting, inclusive, and sustainable.

WHO SAYS SCALE MODELS ARE OUT OF STYLE?
To properly visualize the RoseArts District’s truly impressive size and impact, it helps to walk around it in three dimensions. We partnered with a team of skilled artisans to create a 1:20 scale model, and it needs to be seen to be believed.
Measuring 16’ x 30’ and representing all 128 acres of the property, every single building, park, and public space is crafted in the finest detail. Housed in the RoseArts District Preview Center, we look forward to our scale model captivating visitors for years to come as the new community takes shape around them.

We partnered with The Villages to re-imagine a collection of buildings in the expansive master-planned community. In this collaboration, preserving the original character of each structure was a crucial goal, while reinvigorating them with new stories and programming.

Currently under construction, we can’t wait to see our revitalized buildings bring new life to The Villages!




Respecting a building’s original design during renovation preserves its architectural integrity and honors its history. Our thoughtful updates provide modern functionality and aesthetics that coexist with timeless elements, creating spaces that feel renewed while retaining the identities that make them meaningful.
