Successful candidates are put through 2-4 weeks of intensive, classroom-based RPA Developer training- including practical exercises

Post training- ScaleSafe™ resources are placed onto your project with an experienced Mentor dedicated to the pod for 10 weeks

The Robiquity Mentor will ensure that the recruits see and complete an end to end delivery lifecycle which includes documentation, build and test
>
Once our Mentor exits site- our Design Authority / support solutions will commence where required

Dependencies In order to be ready to accept your ScaleSafe™ team it is important that your organisation has the right foundations in place:
> An established robotic infrastructure > A stable RPA Operating Model > A hopper with processes documented to PDD level > A pipeline set up within the business to continually identify future RPA opportunities Under ideal circumstances, the required foundation can be stood up within a 6-month period, however, if the right level of sponsorship exists within your business, then could be expedited.
Design Authority Once the Mentor exits it is imperative that you have in place a ‘Design Authority’ solution in place. The purpose of the DA will be to govern all automation, including:
> Tracking build progress accurately > Conducting regular build reviews and stand ups > Ensure a solutioning approach has been taken to all automations design > Govern best practice and ensure sustainable automations and long-term reusability
> Not allow any automations to go into production without QA As this is an extremely niche skillset within the market and one that takes time to gain within your organisation organically, Robiquity can provide customers with our Design Authority Operating Model which can be delivered remotely and on a part time basis, making this a very lightweight and cost effective solution.
