The efficiency of the new truck will also allow us to expand weekly garbage pickup to communities just outside the boundaries of the Town limits. Please contact admin@chapleau.ca if you wish to subscribe to weekly pickups and you are outside of town limits. With your subscription to weekly garbage pickup, you will also receive a landfill card which will give you preferred rates at the landfill site for disposition of bulk waste. Those who do not subscribe and do not have a landfill
card, will pay a non-resident rate when they use the landfill services. This weekly pickup service is also available to businesses outside of the town boundary. Contact admin@chapleau.ca if you wish to get more information. The Bear Bins will soon be going into hibernation. With the new green bins for all subscribers, the misuse of the bear bins will now be reduced. CCTV cameras will monitor the bear bins.
