Over the past two weeks, something incredibly important happened in Canada The nationalmediafinallybegantogetseriousabout the role of foreign interference in the Alberta separatistmovement.
For much of the last year, I have been warningaboutthedangerofDonaldTrumpusing the “Donbas playbook” in undermining our nation. But it was no accident that the day after Trump’s humiliating crash in Davos, American officials began to openly talk about their interest inanindependentAlberta.

Therehavebeenhigh-levelmeetingsbya smallgroupofseparatistleadersandtopofficials in the Trump White House. The separatists have braggedthatanofferofa$500millionslushfund hasbeenputonthetable.
Thisistreason
And it has been aided and abetted by PremierDanielleSmith Shesetthethresholdfor the stay referendum in Canada at 10%, while changing the rules to lower it to 5% for the separatistvote
This referendum question was ruled unconstitutional by the courts Smith is trying to override the judicial system through legislation that states the courts have no say over issues of breakingupthecountry.
In doing so, Smith is ignoring the legal actionsbeingtakenbyAlbertaFirstNations, who have a rock-solid claim of having signed treaties

Mitch Sylvestre, a hardline voice for separation, has accused his pals who went to Washingtonofbeinglikethe“BeverlyHillbillies” when they met the American negotiating team It’sridiculous, andtheyhavenocredibility.

Over the last two weeks, there has been increasing attention in the national media on Smith’s antics. Politicians are now speaking up. PremierDavidEbyhascalledoutthetreasonthat istakingplace.

DuringrecentMeidasCanadaTownHalls in Edmonton and Calgary, I was inspired by the determination and fierceness of loyal Albertans whowillnotlettheirprovincebemanipulated.
