appreciated. The names of the fallen soldiers were read by President Jim Apsey and Darryl Brunette. Prayers were recited by Pastor Dan Lee, Pastor Anna Chikoski and Father Sébastien Groleau.
The beautiful weather was truly a welcomed change to the November 11th ceremony. According to one Veteran, he could only recall one other November 11th in years past that equaled to Wednes-
day's weather. School children were treated to a hot dog lunch after the ceremonies and a social was held in the Bisco Room. Once again it was encouraging to see the participation of
Chapleauites and the local schools. The show of respect for our Veterans and for those who have lost their lives defending our country and the support for our active service men and women is of the utmost importance.
