NALCN Channel Related Diseases -
Natural History Study and Biorepository
Families with members diagnosed with diseases affecting the NALCN sodium leak ion channel and related conditions including (CLIFAHDD, IHPRF1 & IHPRF2, UNC79 related disorders) are invited to participate in this study aimed at understanding the symptoms and progression of NALCN-related conditions. By joining this study, you will contribute valuable information that will help advance NALCN research.
Participation includes:
Exam and review of patient history and tests
Blood, saliva, and/or nasal swab sample
Questionnaires
All visits are provided free of charge. Remote testing is available.
Eligibility requirements:
Diagnosis of NALCNrelated condition for yourself or a family member, or others interested in contributing
Together we can advance NALCN research and understand NALCNrelated diseases
