Eight years of milestones to celebrate

This month, The Translation Team celebrates eight years of working hand-in-hand with our awesome clients—including those we’ve served since the beginning.

So we’re taking a pause from the day-to-day work to reflect on this milestone, and genuinely thank you for your business and your trust.

Our translation agency was born out of the desire to truly specialize in Spanish for the U.S., working across time zones and as an extension of our clients’ internal organizations. And that’s exactly what our clients see from us every day.

It’s amazing to think back on how we started with just one translator and one editor! Today, we are a core team of eight, including project managers, linguistic reviewers and a terminologist, and we work closely with a very talented pool of 40+ translators. Proud to be a certified Woman and Minority Owned Business.

Gov. Doug Ducey approves specialty license plate, proceeds from plate to benefit nonprofit

By Katelyn Reinhart

State Forty Eight, a company that sells Arizona and community themed merchandise, will have its own specialized license plate after approval from Governor Doug Ducey, according to a news release from the governor’s office.

Proceeds from the specialty license plate will go towards the State Forty Eight Foundation, which aims to support entrepreneurs and nonprofits. Bill HB2271 which supports community impact special plates was proposed earlier this year and signed into law on April 13, according to the release.

A date has not been announced for the specialty license plate’s release, which is currently undergoing the design process.

The license plate will sell through the Arizona Department of Transportation for $25, $17 of which will go towards the State Forty Eight Foundation.

“I am so proud of our organization,” State Forty Eight CEO Michael Spangenberg, said in the release. “We’ve dreamed of a State Forty Eight license plate for a long time, and not only did we accomplish that that but we get to help other people pursue their passion because of it.”
