Since the last edition of The Paw Print, many grades and students have been working hard on some projects Here are some projects that students have been doing in school.

5th and 6th grade: 5th and 6th grade worked on their black history month projects. They had to pick a person who was related to science and/or math and make a poster on them. They were voted on by three judges, and there were prizes for: first, second, and third place. Here is how they did


5th Grade Winners:

6th Grade WInners

7th Grade: 7th grade had to write an informative essay on a topic they got to choose. There were different categories to choose from like history, stem, fashion, and more. Once they wrote their essay, they made a presentation to teach the class about their topic. There was no set winner, and everyone did really well. Here are two of my favorite presentations.
Xavier Berger: Xavier did the Suez Crisis. Quinn Allen, Jimmy Merriman, and Griffin Becker: They all worked on how legos have changed the world.
8th Grade: 8th grade worked on the Between Shades of Gray Social Justice and Activism presentation. They picked one of the 30 human rights articles to research and present on. Here is one of the presentations done by Ava Sendldorpher and Edith Jefferson:
