THE NEW YORK TIMES BUILDING NEW YORK, NY Services included the surface preparation and overcoating of dunnage steel and roof curtain wall steel. Included in the scope of work was the maintenance and repair of the epoxy intumescent fireproofing and a complete application of a urethane finish coat.

CHAMPION SPECIALTY SERVICES
ONE WORLD TRADE CENTER NEW YORK, NY Services included the design and implementation of custom equipment for the abrasive blasting of 16 interior water tanks along with the application of a new tank liner. These tanks are located between the sixth floor and the 103rd floor of the Freedom Tower. The work was performed while the building was fully occupied requiring additional coordination.

LAGUARDIA AIRPORT QUEENS, NY Services included surface preparation, priming, and application of thin film intumescent fireproofing at the new Delta terminal within LaGuardia Airport. Other work performed was the painting of the new Delta terminal ramps.

SHERWIN WILLIAMS HQ CLEVELAND, OH Services included applying an epoxy-based intumescent fireproofing system as well as an MMA fireproofing system on steel that had been shipped floor-by-floor from the fabricator to our Pittsburgh, PA shop facility. Once coated, the steel was then loaded onto tractor trailers and shipped to the Cleveland, OH job site. Once the steel was erected, our field staff performed the

application of fireproofing on the bolted connections.

TIMES SQUARE AND GRAND CENTRAL STATIONS NEW YORK, NY Services included the lead abatement for steel repairs and demolition. The painting scope included structural steel painting and concrete coating of Times Square and Grand Central Stations.

MSG SPHERE LAS VEGAS, NV Services included the complete surface preparation and subsequent application of resinous flooring systems, which include epoxy and urethane cement flooring. These were applied over approximately 350,000 sf in this monumental entertainment and sports arena.

2505 BRUCKNER DISTRIBUTION CENTER BRONX, NY Services included sealing of concrete floors, interior painting, and painting of structural steel. The entire exterior building was coated with a waterproofing system for maximum protection of this multi-story, newly constructed facility.

NASSAU COUNTY COURTHOUSE MINEOLA, LONG ISLAND, NY Services included painting of walls, ceilings, doors and frames throughout the entire new court complex. Installation of custom wood veneer wall covering and spray application of aluminum finish to the matrimonial stairs.
