Dear Builder,

On behalf of the entire team at Champion Homes, we extend our warmest congratulations and a sincere thank you for choosing us to build the new home. We are so pleased to welcome the new homeowner to the Champion Homes Family.

It has been a privilege to work with you throughout this process, and we truly appreciate your trust in our commitment to quality and craftsmanship. We hope the new homeowner will enjoy the many years of comfort and happiness that their new home will provide.

We take great pride in the homes we build, and we are confident that their new residence reflects our dedication to detail in the new home. We are excited for them to begin making lasting memories within these walls.

As one of the valued builder partners of Champion Homes, you are responsible for a thorough inspection of the new home. Your responsibilities encompass a comprehensive, two-phase inspection process designed to ensure the integrity and quality of each home.

Phase 1: At the Time ofDelivery:

1. Walking the Boxes: The builder is responsible for a visual inspection of all delivered boxes immediately upon arrival.

2. Check for Transportation Damage: This inspection should specifically focus on the listed items on the provided check list (Builder’s Site Check List).

Phase 2: After the Boxes are Set:

1. Second Inspection: The builder must conduct a more thorough inspection of the home after the boxes have been placed in their intended locations.

2. Utilize Checklist: This inspection should specifically focus on the listed items on the check list provided (Builder’s Site Check List).

Timely Submission: The Builder’s Site Check List and Service Request forms should be submitted within the two-week timeframe following the home's set date.

Thank you once again for allowing Champion Homes to be a part of this important milestone in the new homeowner’s lives.

Sincerely,

Builder’s Site Check List

Thank you for choosing Champion Modular Homes. We appreciate your business and want to ensure your new home has arrived in perfect condition. Please take a minute to do a thorough inspection of the home.
