AsseblingTheOuterBox
1. Lay the outer box flat on the floor and pre-fold the creases on edges following the diagram.
* Use a straight edge to fold at the creases. DO NOT fold right in the middle of the ridge.
2. Fold the outer box up square and close the base.
3. Seal the base with tape.
4. Stand the outer box upright and fold the side flaps in. 5. Fold the top and bottom flaps in. 6. Tape the flaps to the walls. The box is ready.

7. Flip the seating base template over.
10. Fold in the gate folds and the front lip.
* Pre-fold all edges as the diagram
8. Fold in the right inner side wall.
9. Fold in the right outter side wall.
* Apply this step to the left side.
11. Fold down the lid and slide in the tongue.
12. The kit seating base is ready.
* Repeat the whole process on this page for the other bases.
CompletingTheAssembly
13. Slide the crossmembers into the coresponded slots and place into the outer box.
14. Place the kit seating bases on top of the crossmember structure.
15. The assembly process is completed.
