Ruairi Devlin as Ponyboy
Ruairi, a sophomore, is thrilled to be a part of The Outsiders. He began his involvement with the players in The Addams Family and most recently Into the Woods. He is grateful for all of the support that has been offered to him.
Minnie Hill as Johnny
Minnie, a senior, is estactic to be in her third production of the Chaminade Players! She would like to thank her friends, family, and Yvette for giving her this opportunity.
Dominic Sutherland as Bob
Dom is a 16 year old actor, voice actor, and musician. He has been doing theatrical productions since middle school with his first large play being Puck in A Midsummer Nights Dream. He has also played The Wolf/Cinderella’s Prince in Into the Woods as well Mike in Chorus Line. He cannot wait to continue his work with the Chaminade Players program.

Justin, a junior, began his Chaminade Players journey in his sophomore year. He is thrilled to be part of The Outsiders, and could not have asked for a better cast and crew to be part of it. He would like to thank Yvette, Lulu, and the stage managers. Most importantly, he would like to thank his mom for always being at his performances.

In the days of yore, Cameron, a novice at Chaminade, embarks on his dramatic debut, dedicating it to the gallant Mr. Finn Ryan, a man of striking handsomeness and charm. Cameron wields two cellular devices, a marvel of the modern age.

Grace, a senior, is very grateful to be in her seventh show with the Players! She would like to thank the cast, the crew, the creative team, her friends, and her family for all their unconditional love and support.

Robert is incredibly grateful to be a part of The Outsiders! His role as Darry is very special to him, and he is so happy to be working again with his fellow cast members, and dedicates this performance to his family.

Brooke, a senior, is thrilled to be apart of the amazing Outsiders with the Players! She began with Peter and The Starcatcher and then got the chance to be Milky White in the recent Into the Woods production. She is so thankful for her family and friends for the encouragement to always want to achieve her goals!
Madeleine Alban as Mrs. O'Briant
Madeleine, a senior, is ecstatic to join this amazing cast for her first involvement in a play! She is a soccer player for Chaminade High School and has recently found a passion for the arts. She would like to thank her family, Mrs. Bishop, the entire Players' family, and all her friends for the strong support as she embarks on this new journey!

Sasha is a senior in her seventh show as a Chaminade Player. Prior to coming to Chaminade Sasha performed with Village Arts Theatre in 14 shows. She is thrilled to be part of such a supportive community and can’t wait to do more shows with her Players family! She is thankful to her family, friends, and Yvette for always supporting her!

Hadley has been voice acting since the age of 7 and participated in Chaminade’s middle school plays Matilda Jr., Murder’s in the Heir, and Luck of the Draw. Ray has been having an incredible time with the players, and getting the chance to be in the Outsiders is sure to be a highlight of his seventh grade experience. He comes from a long line of Broadway actors, being the great grandson of Gene Nelson. After a rough 90 years of waiting tables, Ray is ecstatic to finally get his big break.

Kiki is so excited to be a part of the Chaminade Players Family and is extremely grateful to Mrs. Bishop for the opportunities she has been given. Kiki began her journey with the Players as an audience member and she is so happy to have now graduated to being a member of cast and crew! Paxton, a senior, is happy to be back with her second show with the players! She has loved the support and kindness from all the cast and crew during the rehearsal process. She would like to dedicate this show to her mom, who has supported her through her entire theatre journey.

Max, a freshman, is very excited to be in The Outsiders. While this is his first high school show, he has been involved in theater since the first grade. He would like to thank his family and friends for supporting him throughout the years, and always being there when he needed them.

Anthony has been preforming in musical theater since he was in kindergarten. This is his second show with the Players. In addition to performing, he enjoys drumming, programming, and Robotics. In the past she has played the Fortune Teller in The Skin Of Our Teeth and ensemble in Into The Woods. Helen is in The Outsiders and is so grateful for this opportunity. Last year, she played Broadcast Official in By The Skin of Our Teeth and Mrs. White in Clue. She is so excited to have spent this fall working on this show and is so proud of it.

He has worked on crew on carpentry during Mama Mia and The Skin of our Teeth and was in the cast of Into the Woods and the summer musical Grease. Jimmy Bobillo
Jimmy, an 8th grader at St. Mel's is very excited to be in the show! He was previously Michael Banks in Mary Poppins and he is currently in Matilda as Bruce. He is the brother of Ray Bobillo '24.
Gus Guerra
Gus, is a kindergartener at St. Mel's. He loves playing baseball, playing nintendo and especially playing as Mario. He wants to shout out his mom.

Leah, a 4th grader at Faith Baptist is excited to participate in her first show ever! She enjoys playing soccer, basketball, 4 square, and video games. She wants to thank her sister Mia '27, Ms. Bishop, her family, and Sumi.

Luke, youngest child of alumni Scott Borchart ‘01, is thrilled to be in this year’s production of The Outsiders. The audience may be surprised to hear that this is his acting debut. He has been on stage previously in his second grade ballet folklorico performance. Luke thanks his parents and brother for encouraging him to try something new.

Cadence Cirlin, a junior, is ecstatic to be participating in her sixth show with the Players. This will also be her first show as a student technical director and carpentry head, as well as her fourth on the stage management team. She would like to thank her friends, family, and fellow Players for their support and love.

(Stage Manager) Lara is extremely ecstatic to work as the production stage manager on The Outsiders. Now a senior, she has been working in the Players as crew for three years now. she would like to thank her family and the rest of the Players for their support.
Ayden Marcus
(Assistant Stage Manager) Ayden, a junior, is incredibly excited to join this amazing cast and crew as an assistant stage manager and co-head of Carpentry for The Outsiders this year. She first began her journey with the players in electrics and hair and makeup crew for Peter and The Starcatcher, and has been in the crews ever since. Dear Patron of the Arts,
Do you remember the first time you read THE OUTSIDERS? Was it in middle school? High School? Did you see the movie version directed by Francis Ford Coppola? Did you even have any idea this book was adapted into a play?
I read the book a million years ago and watched the film just about as long ago and remember being caught up in the story of Ponyboy Curtis, his brothers, and his friends, Dallas, Cherry, as well as the struggle between the socs and the greasers. I recall thinking it’s amazing how this story resonates with so many and how many people have said to me, “I love that book!”
I have been asked why this play and why now. My response: empathy. Now, more than ever. We need to understand that we need to stop fighting each other, we need to stop being in competition, thinking one side is better than another, and see that we are all human beings and all share similarities. We need to look out for each other. Every life matters.
As Ponyboy tells Cherry, “Can you see the sunset real good from your side of town? …You can see it good from our side, too.” These characters are at their best when they are looking out for each other and other human beings, no matter how much of a struggle life can be… aren’t we all?
The Chaminade Players are at their best because we work as a team, as a family. Our creatives are exceptional, and I could not be more thankful for each and every one. Our cast has been a joy to work with and each stellar crew has it’s own individual style—we all come together to create a brilliant piece of theatre. Our parent leadership is supreme, and we continue to welcome new parents into the fold!
It is a blessing to create theatre with our awesome Players and have the facility that we have here at Chaminade and for that we are grateful, as well.
