Boxed milk (powdered milk) or shelf-stable almond milk (cardboard container)
Protein/nutrient shakes
Cereal and instant oatmeal
Peanut butter
Tea bags and instant coffee
Snacks (goldfish, crackers, granola bars, etc.)
Canned beans, fruits, soup (low sodium or light syrup)
Canned or frozen vegetables (low sodium)
Canned chicken and tuna
Pasta and pasta sauce
Instant mashed potatoes
Tortillas (preferably corn) and pita bread
Oil (vegetable, olive, canola)
Flour and sugar
Spices/seasonings
Dressings for salads
Bar soap, shampoo, and conditioner
Dawn dish soap and sponges
Tissues/paper towels/toilet paper
Toothbrush/toothpaste/floss
Menstrual products
Surgical grade masks
School supplies (pencils, notebooks, crayons, colored pencils, markers, etc.)
