Understanding the water system that’s installed in your home is important when choosing taps and showers and other plumbing fittings. Match the right tap or shower to your water pressure and you’ll get great performance. Water pressure is measured in bar, you’ll notice we have clearly stated a high or low pressure against all products in this book. Low pressure is classed as under 0.5 bar and high pressure anything 0.5 bar and above. Please ensure you choose products appropriate for your installation, if you are unsure as to what water pressure you have speak to an installer.
