FROM OUR DP Dear Team, As we set our sights on 2026, I want to take a moment to sincerely thank each and every one of you for your dedication, hard work, and commitment throughout last year. The fourth quarter was a strong and exciting finish for Chadstone Toyota, and that success is entirely because of YOU, our team. A major highlight was the launch of the All-New Toyota Hilux, which created fantastic momentum across the dealership and showcased the passion and professionalism you bring to your roles every day. We also ended the year on a real high note with some outstanding achievements. A huge congratulations to Matthew Hobbs for taking out Gold at the Toyota National Skills Competition—an incredible accomplishment that reflects the high standards and talent within our team. We’re also proud to celebrate another fantastic achievement with David receiving the Apprentice Toolbox, further demonstrating the strength and future of our service department. Beyond this, it was great to see the inclusive culture and energy across the business, especially at our Christmas party. The fun, laughter, and camaraderie shown, were a true reflection of the team spirit that makes Chadstone Toyota such a great place to work. As we look ahead to 2026, I’m excited about what’s to come and confident that, together, we’ll continue to grow, succeed, and support our customers at the highest level. I wish you all a happy, healthy, and successful New Year.
