Greetings and Welcome to this Summer edition of the Chamber CONNECTion!

Quarantine life feels like it is coming to an end and with many of us vaccinated, feeling brave about travel, dining out, and getting together with friends and colleagues, there’s no better time than the current to renew or upgrade your investment in the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce.

Speaking on behalf of the Trustee Diplomats, we are eager to get back out into the community and continue to be the bridge between our Chamber’s leadership, staff, and our Trustee investors.

Your Chamber Trustee Diplomats especially want to thank and commend our President, Mark A. Trowbridge for his steady and strong leadership in getting us through the pandemic year. The Chamber has grown and it shows! We encourage you to consider visiting the new(ish) offices on Alhambra Circle and saying "hi" to the team. They are already gearing up and planning for the Annual Conference on August 19th & 20th as we transition to our next slate of Chamber leadership, including our Chair Ana Chaoui of Grove Bank & Trust. My how time flies...

As with everything, it is a team effort to keep the Chamber growing and engaged in our community, and Mark, Erica, and our Chairman, Brian Barakat, have all stepped up and shown, by example, how to "Come Together" to support each other and our community as we transition to the "new normal."

I am here, along with the rest of the Trustee Diplomats to answer any questions, and act as a liaison for any members (or even non-Chamber members) who are interested in learning more about the Trustee level membership.

And now that we are getting back out there, I'd love to grab a coffee with any of you to share my experiences, and discuss the value that the Chamber has brought to me personally and professionally.
