Cornerstone colleagues had an amazing week in Milwaukee for the RNC Convention The team hosted a lunch featuring Louisiana Attorney General Liz Murrill and Rep. Julia Letlow (R-LA), and another lunch headlined by Oklahoma Governor Kevin Stitt The Cornerstone team also hosted happy hours each night before the convention festivities, welcoming delegates and public officials from the states of Iowa, Louisiana, Georgia and Kentucky.

CBC Annual Reception
Last month, Cornerstone was proud to host a reception in honor of Black staffers and appointees on Capitol Hill and within the Administration, celebrating the 53rd anniversary of the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation’s (CBCF) Annual Legislative Conference (ALC) This year’s ALC theme, “From Vision to Victory: Amplifying Black Voices,” featured Representatives Troy Carter (D-LA) and Lucy McBath (D-GA) as honorary co-chairs.
Military Health System Research Symposium
Cornerstone’s defense health team attended the 2024 Military Health System Research Symposium alongside several of our clients including Smith+Newphew, University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus and Ginko Bioworks to learn more about the latest medical and health care research and technological innovations impacting the Warfighter.
Irish Business Leaders
In August, our Georgia team joined clients Metro Atlanta Chamber and Stripe to host Georgia and Irish business leaders at Stripe’s national headquarters in Dublin. Our team also had the opportunity to visit our client Google’s Dublin campus during the visit.
National Conference of State Legislatures
In August, Cornerstone colleagues from across our state offices hosted several legislators, clients and friends for a reception during the National Conference of State Legislatures 2024 Legislative Summit in Louisville, Kentucky. This year marked NCSL’s 50th anniversary of serving to advance the effectiveness, independence and integrity of legislatures, while advocating at the national level in support of state interests
