2024 ASSOCIATE & ASSISTANT VICE PRESIDENT OFFSITE

In June, 34 Associates and Assistant Vice Presidents from across our offices gathered in Washington, DC for an offsite event These two days were dedicated to productive meetings where we celebrated our wins, addressed challenges and set goals for the future

Our Associate and Assistant Vice President teams took time to recognize and celebrate the many achievements and milestones reached over the past year. Additionally, we held open and honest discussions about the challenges our Associates and Assistant Vice Presidents face and brainstormed effective solutions and strategies.

During the sessions, each office provided insights into their daily roles and responsibilities, and members of the firm’s Professional Development Committee shared some words of wisdom on career development and growth.

In addition to the sessions, our team enjoyed some bonding time, attending the Congressional Baseball Game and making a trip to the firm’s Maryland office.

We are grateful to our Associate and Assistant Vice President teams for a productive few days and to our team members in the states for making the trip up to DC
