In November, several Cornerstone team members, including Charles Carithers, Felix Chevalier, Paul DiNino, Elliott Flaggs, Delora Sanchez Ifekauche, Carlos Jackson, Justin Jordan, Shanetta Paskel, Maddy Williams and Camille Young, attended the National Black Caucus of State Legislators (NBCSL) 46th Annual Legislative Conference in Las Vegas and proudly hosted a reception to celebrate the NBCSL. The reception attracted over 200 attendees comprised of a combination of state legislators, staff, clients, potential clients and friends of the firm. The sessions and networking throughout the few days were invaluable Cornerstone is motivated and excited to continue building upon this momentum for future events. Next year, NBCSL will hold its annual conference in Tennessee.

In October, 180 national security thought leaders from across the country gathered for a defense symposium at the University of Oklahoma (OU) Cornerstone Public Affairs colleague, Charlie Hannema, and team used the event to elevate OU's defense research brand by securing media coverage in national defense industry publications as well as state and local media outlets

Additionally, Cornerstone leveraged a video production partner to capture on-camera endorsements from Gov Kevin Stitt (R-OK), Rep Tom Cole (OK-04), Rep Stephanie Bice (OK-05), senior Pentagon officials and other defense industry leaders that further validated OU's position as a national leader in aerospace and defense researc
