2023 COMMUNITY IMPACT STATEMENT

Cornerstone is a leading, bipartisan, employee-owned government and public affairs consulting firm dedicated to serving the communities in which we live and work. To better capture our firm’s involvement in our local communities, we are pleased to present our 2023 Community Impact Statement.

CORPORATE GIVING Cornerstone engages in charitable giving to support various organizations and programs important to our team members. In 2023, the firm contributed just over $150,000 to 150 organizations through charitable giving initiatives and sponsorship opportunities.

Since 2002, Cornerstone has contributed more than

$1.86 million to local and national causes.

EMPLOYEE-DIRECTED SUPPORT & VOLUNTEERISM Cornerstone's Community Engagement Program provides each employee with $1,000 annually to support non-profit organizations and charities of their choosing. Through this program, we support a broad set of national organizations, causes and initiatives, including homelessness, education, food insecurity, diversity, disaster relief, medical research, veteran’s benefits, public health, animal rescue and more. Cornerstone encourages its employees to be active in their communities and serve in leadership and volunteer positions. Our team members have dedicated thousands of hours giving back to those in need.

2023 SERVICE INITIATIVE The power of service is at the heart of our philosophy, model and approach. For our 2023 Service Initiative, Cornerstone employee owners across our state offices and in DC each identified a local organization to support through a dedicated day of service. Our teams across the country always enjoy coming together to set aside time and make an impact on their local communities and those in need, and Cornerstone looks forward to continuing the Service Initiative tradition for years to come.
