All sales are final. There will be no refunds or exchanges on items. All items and services are being donated and sold “as is.” FACE makes no warranties or representations whatsoever with respect to such items and services. Unless otherwise specified, all auction items and services must be used within one year of this event. The purchaser must remove all items purchased on the evening of the auction. A paid receipt will be issued to the purchaser when items have been paid in full, at which time the items will be given to the purchaser. Restrictions may apply to gift certificates. All experiences sold at auction are to be undertaken at the sole risk of the purchase, and FACE is not liable or responsible in any way for the loss, injury, damage of or in respect to any person, or property, howsoever caused or arising. Items may be removed this evening by exhibiting a paid receipt to item pickup at the time of departure. FACE reserves the right to withdraw any item for sale. Merchandise and service values stated are good faith estimates.
Live Auction Rules:
The Live Auction is conducted by Kevin Matthews. To bid on an item, raise your program booklet (your number is on the back cover), and wait to be recognized by the Auctioneer. The Auctioneer has sole and final discretion in determining the successful bidder on each item. Payment must be made prior to leaving the premises. Cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, AMEX are acceptable forms of payment. Checks are made payable to FACE.
