In publishing, this refers to someone who adds color to the drawings for a comic, graphic novel, or animation. This is often distinct from the ‘Inker’ or Artist who created the illustrations, though these jobs can be done by a singular person — in which case they are most often termed ‘Illustrator’ or 'Artist’. The publisher lists Isabella Rotman as Writer & Artist and Luke Howard as Colorist, hence our use of this terminology.
