She should be able to communicate effectively whenever she needs support.

• Interpreting research specifications and developing a plans with the team that satisfies requirements.
• Conducting desktop research, and using books, journal articles, newspaper sources, questionnaires, surveys, polls, and interviews to gather data.

Typical Intern Responsibilities:
• Supporting our developing Capacity Building program. Through this program we seek to identify and address the gaps that prevent refugees from being as competitive as possible in the international labor market.
• Some of the specific duties will include: support and coordinate Capacity Building programming; support a campaign to gain mock interviewers whom will help refugees prepare for soft skills and technical interviews with international employers; develop resources to improve candidate CV's and help candidates prepare for interviews; assist in matching refugees with employers and keeping track of feedback shared by the interviewer
