This building will offer studio units, one and two-bedroom apartments. The main goal is to create a community within a community targeting different social and cultural groups.

ACCEPTANCE

Project Overview: This project aims to provide a type of urban-scaled housing at a lower than average cost to go against the “gentrification� taking place within the Parramore District and throughout the city of Orlando, FL. This building offers studio units and one-bedroom aprtments that vary from 700 sf. to 900 sf. of living space. Moreover, these units are designed to attract young, and post-college professionals. Furthermore, this residential building offer also provides the option of single-family housing within the city center with the two-bedroom apartments that provide 1100 sf to 1200 sf of liviable space. In the ground floor there is a parking garage complemented by outdoor parking on the south side of the building, there is also a grocery/pharmacy store open to the tenants and general public. On the second floor, an elevated courtyard is wrapped around by the building providing a sense of purpose and dignity that is difficult to find in the average residential high-rise building. A common public area opens onto the courtyard making it a cntral recreational amenity surrounded by a fitness center, coffee shops, and other retail stores. The intent is to create a community within a community targeting different social and cultural groups.
