MEET THIS WEEK’S VALUED TEAM MEMBER

I currently serve as the Human Resources Manager at CESA 7, a position I’ve held for over two years I have an Associate's degree from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College, a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay, and I am SHRM-CP certified.

Over the course of my HR career, I’ve had the opportunity to work across a variety of industries including healthcare, manufacturing, and education each playing a key role in building and broadening my HR expertise I have hands-on experience in a wide range of HR functions, including employee relations, investigations, legal compliance, policy and handbook development, performance management, benefit administration, wellness, FMLA and leave management, recruitment, onboarding, terminations, HRIS management, payroll, safety and workers’ compensation, and staff training

It has been a privilege to bring my experience and perspective to CESA 7 and to support the continued growth of our HR programs and services.
