Earlier this week, members of the CESA 7 team traded in their usual workday wear for summer attire to officially kick off the 2026–2027 year!

Together, we reconnected over summer memories, revisited the 5 Voices we each bring to our agency, and geared up for another year of serving school districts across our region.

To wrap things up, everyone wrote their personal "superpower" on a puzzle piece, a great reminder that every single team member brings unique strengths that make the CESA 7 puzzle complete.

CLICK TO VIEW NETWORKS CESA 7 recently hosted two incredible days of learning with The Regulated Classroom!

Hosting this event was a powerful opportunity to empower educators with the practical, hands-on tools they need to tackle burnout and dysregulation head-on. Throughout the training, our attendees gained a deep understanding of stress theories and somatic practices, walked away with concrete tools to support both themselves and their students, and cultivated a deeper self-awareness around their own patterns of stress activation and release.

These trainers are now heading back to their districts fully equipped to champion well-being and build safer, more supportive learning spaces.
