Building a Business, Not a Job, in 3 Easy Steps Step One: Planning Business Planning Boot Camp Each year we offer two in-person boot camps to make sure you have a clear, written business plan. We take you through how to develop a full financial proforma for your company with a sales, production, and HR plan. You will learn how to run your business “by the numbers.� You should leave with a plan of action for your team to follow to get maximum results.

Step Two: Execution With a written plan in place, we offer online and live training for each area of your business.

Sales Boot Camp Now that you know what you need to sell and the price you need to sell at, how do you train your sales people to get those contracts? CCN’s sales boot camp will train your sales people in the CCN 4P sales process. After this five day training program, your sales people will have all of the tools to close more sales at much higher prices.

Blue Collar Management This three day training program will teach your production personnel how to schedule and produce the needed work to achieve your plan. They will also learn how to handle disputes with customers and solve problems that arise from the every day issues that are common in the contracting world.

Business Operations Over the course of three days, this program will teach your administrative staff the best practices for running a contracting company. Add in how to become an efficient manager, and this boot camp will have your office and company running like a well-oiled machine.

Finance Programs Every contractor should be offering financing to their customers. CCN has aligned with two of the largest lenders for home improvement projects. These sponsored programs allow our members to offer payment options such as 12 month same as cash programs and low interest loans with the lowest dealer fees around. The savings from these dealer fees is usually enough to make CCN membership free!

Strategic Partnerships CCN has formed strategic partnerships with other vendors, such as credit card processing companies. These partnerships allow contractors to get the best prices and rates thanks to the purchasing capacity of the entire network — a major benefit of joining CCN.
