§1 Executive Summary Release 04 dropped today after a 28-day gap — the longest inter-release interval in the PURSUE program's history. It contains 40 files (the smallest tranche), but the content is analytically significant for three reasons: it introduces 2025 military sensor footage (the most recent in the archive), it executes a major geographic pivot from CENTCOM to INDOPACOM, and it releases the complete Pantex nuclear site incident report that R02 delivered only as a 2-page fragment. The release lands five days before the Clayton DNI confirmation hearing (July 15), during active U.S.–Iran military conflict, and after the Isaacman NASA statement. The timing is not incidental.
