It t ries t o explain how life has developed and changed over time. It says that the many different forms of life on earth have come from one simple life form. Fossils are found all over the world. They show that living things have changed a lot over time. Scientists say that some living things survive better than others and so some kinds of life continue and others die out altogether. Life forms are continually evolving.
