“Everything starts with quality because without quality, we would never have any repeat customers,” Grzegorz comments. “Once quality has been established, flexible service and fast delivery help us build longterm customer relationships.”
Krispol’s core range primarily consists of garage and industrial doors. This includes sectional doors and rolling doors, as well as complementary side door products. As the company looks to build upon the popularity of these solutions in Continental Europe, Krispol is finding increasing demand for its products in the United Kingdom.
“We are becoming active in the UK,” Grzegorz reveals. “Improvements in our transportation capabilities have made it easier to provide British customers with the same high level of service that the rest of Europe has long received. We currently have British customers making use of our full range of services, including one client for whom we produce items featuring their own logos and brand name.”
The flexible nature of Krispol’s offering differentiates the organisation from many competitors – particularly those unwilling to manufacture ‘private label’ items for their clients. It’s a multi-faceted approach to business, enhanced by the application of increasingly intelligent digital technologies.
“As well as getting to know our customers well enough to truly understand their needs, we have introduced various digital enhancements to maximise our performance,” Grzegorz remarks. “Improved connectivity means clients can send us a design file that can be integrated into our ERP system, reducing mistakes and expediting the manufacturing process.
“We are a forward-thinking business, and we try to use cutting-edge technologies because it makes for highquality, cost-effective results. Managing the entire production process digitally ensures that the final product is exactly as the customer requested.”
THE MAGIC TOUCH
Though digital production methods, including increased automation, might be seen as a way to limit staff numbers, Grzegorz believes that all good manufacturers require a balance of machinery and manpower. In Krispol’s case, the company currently employs over 200 skilled team members throughout Europe.
“Sometimes you need the magic touch of a human being,” Grzegorz declares. “We use technology as much as we can, but we will always need people, especially when it comes to client relations, but also in areas like packing and delivery.”
On several occasions now, including in 2025, Krispol has been honoured to receive the Friendly Workplace Award. The prestigious programme recognises healthy, happy workplaces that invest in their people and promote work-life balance.
“Being named a Friendly Workplace is very important to us and is evidence of how much we value our workforce,”
says Grzegorz. “Garage and industrial doors may look simple, but our work is actually quite complex and many of our products have more than 100 pieces to assemble. Our fast installation times are only possible thanks to our talented employees, so we really look after them, and as a result, many of our team members have been with us for a long time.”
STEP-BY-STEP
Naturally, considering the tumultuous geopolitical climate against which the company is currently operating, Krispol has faced various challenges of late. However, by remaining steadfast in its pursuit of continuous, steady progress, the organisation grew by 16% in 2024, and recent results suggest the best is yet to come.
“If we continue operating as we are, we will, step-by-step, conquer
more markets, while remaining a partner-of-choice to our existing clients,” Grzegorz asserts. “We combine Polish creativity with a Western way of doing business, which is very unique in this industry. The future is in our hands and I’m very positive about our prospects in new markets like the UK.”
