WHO IS CEO ERA COACHING?

Some businesses are born out of pure joy... some are born out of total frustration and defeat.

This story is about the latter.

Like many an online business, CEO ERA™ Coaching was inspired by my own personal experience.

I first knew that I wanted to own my own business when I was 12 To make a little extra pocket change, I created a library in my bedroom and charged my brothers and sisters 25 cents for a library card and 10 cents a day for overdue books.

I quickly realized this was not the quickest way to an overflowing piggy bank.

But the entrepreneurial bug had bitten me and I was hooked

Fast forward to the next crack at building my own business, which was much more recently; My At Home Adventures® launched October 2023.

Given my years in Business Development and program management at one of the world’s largest investment firms, I went into business ownership with high hopes and naivety... only to be served a big ole plate of self-doubt and limiting beliefs.

If no one’s told you yet, entrepreneurship is one of the biggest self-development journeys that you’ll ever go on.

But I’m not complaining!

After spending the first six months or so wondering what was wrong with me -- seriously, I had this amazing vision for what I wanted to create but I was having SO much resistance with getting down to work! -- I realized that I was the greatest asset to my business... and if I wasn’t taking care of me, then every part of my business would suffer.

And that began my year long journey of defining my own CEO ERA -- the higher version of myself on the other end of building a wildly successful business.

Your CEO ERA is the higher version of yourself -- the one that wasn’t afraid to say “yes” to her dreams... the one that had a vision to serve others and relentlessly pursued bringing that vision to life, learning and growing along the way... the one that knew she was meant for more and was tired of going through the motions of life and decided that she could create the life of her dreams.
