Our origins...

Our roots trace back to 1994 when our CEO, Deborah Mills, established DMA Legal LLP, a boutique full service law firm catering for the business and personal needs of HNW’s, UHNW’s and family offices.

A merger...

The law firm’s reputation grew rapidly attracting a significant international client base with the result of the firm establishing international offices. The practice was courted for some time and eventually merged into Howard Kennedy in 2008 where Deborah led the Projects Team as a partner of the firm.

New beginnings...

In 2011, Deborah and her team left Howard Kennedy to establish Burlingtons Legal LLP in the heart of Mayfair, with the vision of assisting international clients with all aspects of their business and personal affairs.

Stratford Place...

To accommodate our growing team, profile and client base, we moved to our current offices in London’s historic Stratford Place, home also to the iconic Oriental Club.

An expansion...

To meet the full needs of our clients we launched Burlingtons Group to provide a full professional capability in all disciplines, including tax, accounting, fiduciary services, real estate and our own private office.

Acquisition...

We are pleased to announce the successful acquisition of a shareholding in Integra Private Wealth Limited, a highly successful regulated wealth management company based in Europe which compliments the range of services we now provide to our international clients.
