ORDERING INFORMATION
ORDER WRITING: Order information must include; purchase order number, quantity, item number, ad file, ship date & method, options desired and imprint ink color. We are not responsible for any misinterpretation or mistake of a handwritten order or copy.
WRITTEN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: An acknowledgement will be sent, either by fax or email, to verify that the order is proceeding. If you don’t receive the acknowledgement within two weeks, please contact our office to insure that your order is not lost in the email or in a fax transmission error.
OVERRUNS OR UNDER RUNS: Due to the unpredictable spoilage factor, a 5% overrun or under run constitutes a legal delivery. If “no overrun” is requested, the order is subject to under run.
EARLY ORDERS: Orders post marked on or before June 30 will qualify for early order discount pricing. Incomplete orders will be put on hold until August 1. If not completed by August 1, normal pricing will apply.
LATE ORDERS: When ordering after November 1, please contact us for delivery time & availability of calendar style.
CANCELLATIONS: If an order is cancelled at any time, charges will be based upon all work incurred.

ELECTRONIC ARTWORK
Artworks prepared in the most popular graphic applications are acceptable and can be sent through e-mail. Preferred file formats include Adobe inDesign®, Adobe Illustrator®, Adobe Photoshop®, and EPS, PDF, or Tiff.
PAYMENT
There is no fee for check, wire, or ACH payments. However, as of April 2020 credit card payments will incur a 3.5% fee per our third-party processor. Prompt payment is a great way to build your business credit history! Century Calendars works with the NACM National Trade Credit Report database and Experian to report our accounts receivable.
IMPRINTING
AD COPY & LOGOS: We encourage that the ad copy be generated in a graphic application. No additional charge for straight typesetting applies unless you request exact type match. Any additional artwork charge depends on the amount of work involved. You will be notified in advance for the extra charge.

CUSTOMIZING STOCK CALENDARS
100 minimum quantities required for customizing stock calendars. EXTRA PAGE: You can spiral bind an extra page on top of front cover, after the front cover or after the December sheet. The sheet can be preprinted or supplied as camera ready artwork. When supplying preprinted sheets, please contact the factory for specifications. Price included one-color (black), One side printing. This option is available for the entire calendar line. If you choose to have multiple sheets, the sheets must remain together in the calendar.
