SITE REQUIREMENTS AND DETAILS
• The number of sites is limited and will be provided on a first-in, first-served basis, upon receipt of completed booking form and full payment with priority given to Diamond, Ruby and Trade Partners.
• Indoor sites are 2m wide x 2m deep. The site is suitable for free standing banners. A table cloth, two chairs and two power outlets will be supplied for your trade table. All additional tested and tagged power boards and power cords are to be supplied by vendor.
• A limited number of companies are invited by CHDC to host working demonstrations in the field to showcase new or early-stage technology. Water is not provided. Power may be available on request. Working demonstrations are selected on merit and on how well they meet the AGTE CH 24 areas of focus, at the discretion of the CHDC and the AGTE CH 24 Advisory Committee.

PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE DETAILS
A minimum $10M Public Liability is required by each vendor for this event. Please email a copy of your public liability insurance coverage to enquiries@chdc.com.au by no later than Monday 4 November 2024.
CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT
To secure your partnership package, please complete and return the booking form.
Confirmation of your partnership and entitlements will follow by email together with a tax invoice. Full payment is required upon confirmation of your sponsorship selection. Payment plans can be negotiated for larger partnerships or to assist in financial year payments.
Partners will be accepted on a first-in, first-served basis, upon receipt of completed, signed booking form and full payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be received in writing to CHDC. In the event of the cancellation of partnership, note that unless that area of partnership is resold, CHDC reserves the right to retain monies received. After 23rd October 2024, all cancellations may be subject to 100% forfeit of full amount of partnership.
