PETEY MCGEE (Kenneth, he/him) is honored to join Center Theatre Group’s Primary Trust. A Kansas City native, he is best known for his role on Power Book II: Ghost on Starz, and awardwinning films; U Shoot Videos? and After These Messages. He began at KC Repertory Theatre, performed at Shakespeare’s Globe in London and earned his MFA from Rutgers University. Petey is deeply grateful to his family, friends, and community for their unwavering love and support.

DESTINY FAITH (Understudy Corrina/Wally’s Waiter/Bank Customer; she/her) is thrilled to be making her professional debut with Center Theatre Group. WENDELL JORDAN (Understudy Bert, he/him) has a BFA from Howard University & has been an active member of SAG/ AFTRA for 20+ years. Working on such shows as HBO’s The Wire, NBC’s Homicide, ABC’s Golden Boy, & CBS’s Person of Interest, & Blue Bloods. Most recent theatre credits include the role of Mister, from The Color Purple at the Riverside Center For the Performing Arts, Amonasro, from Aida at the Source Theatre Constellation Theatre Company, in addition to Ton Ton Julian from Once On This Island at Olney Theatre Center. Wendell is really thrilled to make his west coast debut. He would like to dedicate all performances to his sun Fate Jordan.
MARK ROWE (Understudy Clay/Sam). Favorite stage credits include Catfish Moon (Flat Rock Playhouse), Shenandoah (Gateway Playhouse), The Foreigner and City of Angels (Bigfork Summer Playhouse). Mark has played Jesus twice in regional productions of Godspell. Select TV credits include Yellowstone, Ray Donovan, and The Resident, as well as his favorite to date: Suzie’s Dad in Stranger Things. DUSTIN STERN-GARCIA (Understudy Musician) is excited to be making his debut with Center Theatre Group in Primary Trust His recent work includes The Accountant 2 and The Burbs. He trained at The Beverly Hills Playhouse and currently studies at The Norris Studio. Dustin also works as a stunt performer and is an avid Dungeons & Dragons player, musician, and dedicated pastry enthusiast. He thanks his team, Melanie and Christina, for their belief and work.
JORDAN TEMPLE (Understudy Kenneth) is a multi-hyphenate talent from Queens, New York. His television writing credits include Abbott Elementary, Atlanta, and The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel. His acclaimed original theatre work includes; Hidden Fences, The Color Urkel, and serving as writer-narrator for Randy Newman's Faust: The Musical at The Soraya. He is known for his singular comic voice and emotionally resonant storytelling. He is honored to join the company of Primary Trust at the Mark Taper Forum.
EBONI BOOTH (Playwright) is a writer and actor from New York City. Her plays include Primary Trust (Roundabout Theatre, Pulitzer Prize for Drama, Outer Critics Circle Award) and Paris (Atlantic Theater). For television, she has written for Hulu’s We Were the Lucky Ones and HBO Max’s Julia. As an actor, Eboni has appeared in productions at Playwrights Horizons, LCT3, Manhattan Theatre Club, Ars Nova, WP Theater, Page 73, Soho Rep., Clubbed Thumb, and more. Eboni is a resident playwright at New Dramatists, and the recipient of a Dramatists Guild Horton Foote Award, a Steinberg Playwright Award, a Helen Merrill Award for Playwriting, and a John Gassner Award. She is a graduate of Juilliard’s playwriting program and the University of Vermont.
KNUD ADAMS (Director) is a Tony-nominated director of new plays, based in NYC. His world-premiere productions include the consecutive Pulitzer-winners, English by Sanaz Toossi and Primary Trust by Eboni Booth, and the recent Blackburnwinner Cold War Choir Practice by Ro Reddick. Additional world premieres: Jiehae Park’s The Aves, Yilong Liu’s The Book of Mountains and Seas, Angela Hank’s Bodies They Ritual, Christopher Chen’s The Headlands, Eboni Booth’s Paris, Torrey Townsend’s The Workshop, Justin Kuritzkes’ Asshole, and Celine Song’s Tom & Eliza.

MICHELLE BLAIR (Stage Manager, she/her) is a Los Angeles–based stage manager who began her career at the Mark Taper Forum in 2001. Her credits include collaborations with the Los Angeles Philharmonic and Los Angeles Opera, and most recently, the Broadway run of Robert Icke’s Oedipus at Studio 54. SNEHAL DESAI (Brindell and Milton Gottlieb Artistic Director, he/him) was appointed Center Theatre Group's third Artistic Director in 2023. As an artistic leader, Snehal has sought to raise awareness of social issues that affect Angelenos through impactful and empowering storytelling. Previously, he was the Producing Artistic Director of East West Players. For CTG, Snehal most recently directed American Idiot and Here Lies Love at the Mark Taper Forum.
MEGHAN PRESSMAN ( Managing Director/CEO, she/her ) joined Center Theatre Group in 2019. Previously, she served as Managing Director of Woolly Mammoth Theatre Company (D.C.), Director of Development for Signature Theatre (N.Y.), and Associate Managing Director of Berkeley Rep. She is a graduate of Yale School of Drama/Yale School of Management and serves as a mentor in the Theater Management program. Meghan has served as the Vice-Chair for the Theatre Communications Group Board of Directors and is a member of the Broadway League.
NAUSICA STERGIOU (General Manager) has worked supporting artists in theatres of all shapes, sizes, and locales including Center Theatre Group as General Manager and, previously, as Audience Development Director. She oversees productions at the Taper and Douglas, as well as new play commissions and developmental productions. Nausica has taught Marketing and Management at USC’s School of Dramatic Arts and works with local nonprofits including Hollywood Orchard. BA, Cornell University. MFA, Yale School of Drama.
DOUGLAS C. BAKER ( Producing Director, he/him ) joined Center Theatre Group in 1990. Doug is an active member of the Broadway League, the Independent Presenters Network (IPN), and is a proud member of the Association of Theatrical Press Agents and Managers (ATPAM). In 2013, Doug received the Broadway League’s prestigious Outstanding Achievement in Presenter Management Award.
