FOR YOUR SAFETY

We are proud to be a safe and healthy place for students to learn and grow.

We are following CDC, State of Florida and Health Department guidelines and our own regularly scheduled disinfection practices of all spaces including all high-touch surfaces such as doors, sinks, tables, chairs, etc.

Hand sanitizer is available at all building entrances and in each class.

Lastly, we ask that parents and guardians keep sick children at home and follow the advice of your health care professionals with regard to your entire family’s health. For everyone’s protection, we will call you and require you to pick up your child if your child displays symptoms of covid, flu or respiratory virus.

WELCOME TO CFABS!

The Centers for the Arts Bonita Springs provides resources and mentoring for developing minds to further their interests in the visual and performing arts. We are the Center for kids with a creative passion—the ones who color outside the lines—who crush sidewalk chalk and make their own paint—who build cardboard cities—the kids who are drawn to music and dance—and can’t wait to act it all out on stage. We are here to help unleash their creativity and watch their love for the arts grow!

DISCOUNTS/SCHOLARSHIPS

‘Arts for All’ is a very important concept for the Centers for the Arts Bonita Springs. We strive to ensure that all area children have access to our many programs. We make classes more affordable through discounts and scholarships. These financial aid programs take many factors into consideration—they are awarded on a sliding scale based on adjusted gross income; number of dependents in the family; whether you rent or own your home; single parent status; how many children in your family intend to take classes; and how many classes your child takes. We encourage you to complete the Scholarship Application Form located at the back of this catalog. Over 85% of our students receive discounts/scholarships.

Please Note:

The majority of CFABS Summer Camps take place at the Performing Arts Center on Bonita Beach Road. There are a few exceptions, which are clearly marked throughout this catalog.

We welcome volunteers (ages 15+) to assist with youth classes. Volunteering takes a serious commitment, but your help is essential. We will credit volunteer work with community service hours and, upon request, write recommendation letters for volunteers. Also, after completing 30-hours of service, CFABS offers a free teen or adult multi-week class. Volunteer service hours expire after one year. Simply fill out the Volunteer Intern Form or Adult Volunteer Form on our website and email to YouthEd@artsbonita.org, or call 239-495-8989 and we will help you find a task that will fit your busy schedule.

—Thank you for choosing to help share the arts!
